What are the accepted payment methods?

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order is accepted and processed.

What is your returns policy?

How can I exchange my order?
We do not offer exchange; however, you may return the order for a full-refund once approved. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have within 24 hours (customer is in charge of the return process and fees). Once the return is received and accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Do you run discounts and promotions?
We don’t run discounts and promotions on our website. We do our best to offer fair prices and all proceeds from sales are entirely donated to one of our trusted charities. To view where all proceeds are donated, please visit our Organization we Support page.

What can I do if my payment is declined?
We recommend checking that your card's billing details (such as the security code and zip code) match what you’ve entered into our system, and that your card is not expired.
Also, your card issuer may have declined your payment. In this case, it is best to check with them before trying to place a new order again. If none of these apply, please Contact Us and we will be happy to help!

How long will it take to process an order?
All orders placed Monday to Friday EST will ship within 1-2 business days, excluding holidays or major inclement weather events. Orders placed after 2 p.m. EST Friday-Sunday will ship the next business day. 

How much is shipping cost?
Shipping is FREE, and there is no minimum purchase required.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries.

What is the estimate for delivery?
We ship to most countries and use various couriers depending on the destination and, as a result, shipping times may vary. You will receive an email from Shop With Ameera once your order has been shipped with your tracking details.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
